My name is Ms. Erickson, your Art and Family Consumer and Science teacher. This is my first year teaching. It is my dream to be an art teacher. My previous experience was 5 years as a substitute teacher. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Elementary/Secondary Education through Western Governors University. Studied art at the State Fair Community College in Sedalia where I earned my Associates of Arts. At that time I was awarded “Best In Show” at the 2006 Spring Student Art Show. Recently, I moved to Clinton, MO with my two children. My son Christopher is 12 and my daughter Ashley is 8. I am an excellent cook and eager to incorporate Culinary Art in FACS for students this year. My best work is with my students. Keep Going!
