I am Juli Sanders Schmedding and was raised in the Davis R-XII School District. After attending Davis through 8th grade, I became a student of Clinton High School, graduating in 1989. I then graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology. In 1996, I married Barry Schmedding from Montrose. We have four children: Jackson (23), Jade (21), Jimmie (14) and Jordan (12). Barry owns the family business, Jims' Sporting Goods in Clinton, MO. Jack graduated from MO Western with a bachelor's in criminal justice and plans to pursue a career with the State Troopers. Jade is a junior at UCM majoring in business administration. Jimmie is a freshman at Clinton High School and Jordan is a 7th grader at Davis. I went back to school to earn my teaching certificate and started teaching when Jordan began kindergarten. I have also completed my masters in Elementary Administration. This is my eighth year as an elementary teacher and second at Ballard where I am currently the Kindergarten teacher and PAT educator
