My name is Mandy Strunk. This is my first year teaching. I am currently working on my Master’s degree from UCM in Early Childhood Education. I have a double Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management of Information Systems, from Ottawa University. I have been with my “husband” Zack for 16 ½ years. Together, as a blended family, we have 6 kids. Savannah is 21 and works in a dental office. Tony is 21 and works as a heavy equipment operator. (Tony has recently become engaged as well, to the Ballard preschool teacher, Tawnee.) Gabriel is 20 and is a construction manager. Ryleigh is 19, is working as a CNA at a hospital and going to college at Longview for her nursing degree. Alyssa is 19, and is going to college at Longview also to get a marketing degree. Dominick is 17, and he is a junior in high school. Now that our kids are grown, for the most part, Zack and I like to travel and try new recipes/restaurants. We enjoy quiet time, yet still miss the chaos. We also have 2 dogs. DeClan is a yorkie/chihuahua mix, and Blue is a blue heeler/husky mix. They are extremely spoiled dogs.
